Giving Feedback

If you’ve got an idea, a comment, or something you’d like to see happen in our villages, please share it with us. Positive feedback lets us know what’s working well, while constructive suggestions help us make things even better.

Making a Complaint

If you feel something has gone wrong or you are unhappy with how we have handled an issue, you can make a complaint. We take all concerns seriously and aim to resolve them fairly and promptly.

When making a complaint, please tell us:

  • What happened.
  • When and where it happened.
  • Who was involved (if relevant).
  • How you would like us to resolve the matter.
  • Your preferred contact method and details
