Showcase the beauty and community of Tarbolton, Annbank, Mossblown, Failford and surrounding areas. Open to all — amateur and pro photographers welcome.
How to enter
- Email your photos to calendar@tarboltoncc.co.uk.
- Include in your email:
- Your full name and contact phone or email
- Which photo(s) you are entering and the month(s) you would like them considered for (e.g. “May — Riverbank sunrise”)
- Location of the photo (e.g. “Tarbolton Woods”)
- You may submit as many entries as you like.
- Photos must be taken in and around Tarbolton, Annbank, Mossblown, Failford and surrounding areas.
- Entries must be submitted by 31st October 2025.
File guidelines
- Preferred formats: JPEG or PNG (high resolution please)
- Include captions or short descriptions where helpful
Permissions & credits
By entering, you confirm you own the copyright to the image or have permission to submit it. If selected, your name and photo credit will appear in the calendar unless you ask to remain anonymous.
Quick rules
- Photos must show scenes from the specified villages/area
- Multiple submissions allowed
- Include month choice for each photo
- No people should be present in the images
- Send entries to calendar@tarboltoncc.co.uk
Tips for great calendar photos
- Shoot in landscape orientation where possible
- Aim for clean composition and good light (golden hour is great!)
Selection & use
Entries will be reviewed by the Three Villages Forum calendar team. Selected photographs will be used in the printed 2026 Three Villages Calendar and on community social channels. We may contact you for higher-resolution files if needed.
